Subscription and Payment
Subscription Fee
The Service is available for $29.00 per month. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.
Billing Cycle
Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
No Refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for periods in which you did not use the Service.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
User Accounts
Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Infringe on intellectual property rights
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to bypass payment requirements

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHORT FORM CLIPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Short Form Clips from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
